Reconciliation and social cohesion In February 2017, Bema Coulibaly framed his parliamentary term around the themes of reconciliation, restored social cohesion, and development for the populations of Bazré and Kononfla. . Grassroots meetings with the population In January 2026, following his victory in the legislative elections, he met with residents in the sub-prefectures of Bazré and Kononfla. On this occasion, he reaffirmed his commitment to grassroots, inclusive governance focused on local development. . Resumption of political delegation activities On May 22, 2026, Bema Coulibaly led a meeting to restart the activities of the RHDP political delegation for Kononfla-Bazré. This was a local political organizational activity, not an infrastructure project.
